a) Paranormal Tours standard terms and conditions apply, including our cancellation policy. A copy of which can be seen when booking and is also sent to you to read and sign before tickets are issued.
b) You must collect five stamps from separate event dates, authorised by an official crew member.
c) Passports may not be transferred or used by anyone else and your name must be checked against our client list for each night you attend.
d) You must surrender your completed passport to be validated before your free place is confirmed.
e) No monetary substitute or will be offered
f) Your free place will not earn a stamp but you can start on a new loyalty card from your next paid booking and a new card will be issued.
g) If an overnight event is over the value of £99.00 you can add your own funds to make up the balance.
h) You can only use the free place against a standard overnight investigation, NOT against any weekend event or course.
i) Paranormal Tours Ltd reserve the right to cancel and passport deemed not to be validated by an official Paranormal Tours crew member. Your name and attendance will be validated against our booking system.
